"Born to lose, live to win." It's not even Tibetan but English using a Tibetan font (with some strange connecting lines).

It is Om Supra Tishtha Vajra Ye Sva Ha

Seems to be a mantra requesting to remain. According to FPMT.

It is not the Tara mantra.

This is the Green Tara mantra:

www.fpmt.org

The mantra is a common one found in many Sadhanas I think. You can google it and see what you find. You can also google pratishtha

Om = om
Vajra = Dorje/Benzra/Benzar/thunderbolt :-)
Ye Sva ha = some kind of exclamation Long time since I really thought about that stuff.

BTW, and just curious, but why do you ask ?

This is the mantra requesting the deity to remain firm and stable in the "support"--Thangka, Statue, or Torma.....
