White Dzambala card?

I'm looking for a 5x7 inch White Dzambala card in the USA.
Does anyone have a resource for this?

Hey Ngodrup,

What I do is google image search, save it to a flash drive, and take it to fed-ex office (formally Kinko's) to print it in their photo machine. Or you could have them print it on card stock. But I think the photos look great. I try to specify for large or medium images, so it prints in high enough res.
