Corrupt governments use water for economic and political gain. Military control of water emerges and a new geo-political map and power structure forms, setting the stage for world water wars.

We follow numerous worldwide examples of people fighting for their basic right to water, from court cases to violent revolutions to U.N. conventions to revised constitutions to local protests at grade schools. Well as usual I will voice my environmental view,,,

the greatest technologies, greatest altruistic approach to issues such as clean water and air, and the best most efficient technologies, the world completely solar and all the rest will still not devolve the standing problem...

6-7 Billion is just to much.

Not to discount or trivitalize the problem of water. Want to really save personally a lot of water and water contamination.....go vegan immediately. Cattle/cows are one of the most water dependent species who themselves not even considering the grain they eat and its drain on water.....use enormous amounts of water, and polute enormous amounts of water with their wastes.
