Hello from Seattle

Postby ZenOfNow » Fri Nov 02, 2012 9:13 pm

Hello,
I have just joined this forum today and thought I'd introduce myself. I've been practicing Transcendental Meditation for 24 years and Mindfulness Meditation for 10. I self identify as a Mahayana Buddhist because my beliefs are closest to their core beliefs. I'm looking forward to discussing issues related to Buddhist thought and practice - and maybe meeting some of you who live near Seattle. 8-)

Blessings,
ZenOfNow
