hello!

Hi, I live in WA state, have been a sort of informal Buddhist (mainly meditation on my own and alot of reading) since my early 20's (36 now!!), have a small amount of practice in Zen, and am now checking out Vajrayana traditions locally. I also teach and practice martial arts - I notice a controversial subject on here!

Looking forward to discussions.
