Buddhas have physical bodies. These physical bodies consists of very fine
physical particles. These physical particles are invisible to the human eye.
Buddhas Dharam kaya is made up of finest of fine invisible particles.
Sambhog kaya is made up of fine invisible particles
and Nirman kaya is made up of invisible particles.
Budhas have 32- special features in these physical bodies.
It is because of Self (Ego) of Buddha that these physical bodies exist.
When Buddha leaves for Nirvan leaving behind Ego (Self), these three physical
bodies rain down physical particles on Buddha lands on all sentients.
Dharam kaya is a Wisdom physical body and its rain is mostly caught by Buddha
sons and bhoddisattvas.
Sambhog kaya is a devotion and love sharing body uselful to Praytekabuddha and
pure land sentients.
Nirman kaya is a body of skills and rains down on all buddhists.
All these physical particles at the end of cycle of evolution enter into Buddha
named many Treasures (Chapter 11 of Lotus sutra)
We humans also have three important physical bodies, generally named as
physical (visible), astral (memory) and logic (wisdom) bodies.
When we meditate, it should have direct effect on physical visible body.
Our internal organs should shed all diseases. Our skin should slow down rinkles,
and should shine etc. with more and more time spent in right meditation.
