Is it written anywhere in the Tipitaka that wisdom is easier to be achieved by the wealthy?

No. I'm pretty sure it doesn't say that. :)

Hello pelletboy,

The Buddha said that an ordinary hungry man does not have the capability to understand the Dhamma ( ). So in order to be ready to receive his teachings, one must have sufficient resources to have sufficient amount of food. But as RYB has said above, he never said that wisdom comes easier to the wealthy.
