Dear Nyingmapas, :)

Here a very impressive photo of Guru Rinpoche at Samye Ling Monastery.
Like this statue very much. Is this that statue from whom is told by Guru Rinpoche, it looks like me?

OM AH HUNG VAJRA GURU PEMA SIDDHI HUNG

Told is when one would recite this Mantra 100.000 times one will see Guru Rinpoche.

No, the "looks like me statue" was destroyed.

If the statue It Is like me, was destroyed how was it possible to make a replica?

because they have a picture?

And the one you posted is not the replica of that famous one ( as you can see it's not like the picture )

There is another one, which is less angry looking, in Samye now. that one is the replica of the famous one.

But the one you posted is also great, thanks for that :)
