Sherab Chamma mantra

I'm going to try this request again. Does anyone have the Sherab Chamma mantra in Tibetan script? If so, please post it?

It's proving really hard to find! Maybe there's a Sherab Chamma sadhana somewhere that contains it?

This is my attempt, but you should definitely get it checked by a Tibetan teacher:

ༀ་མ་ཝ་མ་ཏེ་མ་ཧི་མོ་ཧ་ཨེ་མ་ཧོ༔ མ་ཡེ༌རཱུ་པ་ཡེ༌ཏ༌དྷུ༌དྷུ༌སྭཱ་ཧཱ།
