Zhi is pronounce Zhjur?

And it's "Tin Tie"?

The diacritics in Mandarin it's 'jer yee' for zhì yǐ (zhi4 yi3) and 'tin tie'? Is that in cantonese? If so, it's tin1 toi4 ('teen toy')
