Do the words (or their pali equivalents?) "Buddhism" & "Buddhist" appear/exist in the Pali Canon?

Buddhasasana... the Buddha's dispensation
Dhammavinaya... the doctrine and the discipline
Sravaka... disciple (lit. 'hearer')

It was pretty much mostly called "Dhamma-Vinaya" the doctrine and discipline, i.e., the teachings and monastic code.
