chinese dessert

today my wife and i had a delicious gelatin dessert in a chinese restuarant, it was milky-ish clear in appearance and tasted floral like roses or something..anyone have any idea what it might have been?

might be tea jelly (jasmine flavour) ? - i've had that at chinese restaurants before and it's great

Well, it's very tough to figure out the exact dish because there are endless dishes and desert's in Chinese food. However, I am confident enough that you have enjoyed your dessert.
