sanskrit translation of "rNam Dag"

Post by namoh »

Does anyone (Loppon-la perhaps?) know the Sanskrit word for the Tibetan name Namdag (rnam dag)? I'm assuming that there is a specific term that correlates.
Much thanks!

"Viśuddha" is good. Breaks up as: the intensifier "vi" for rnam and the ppp. śuddha for dag.

Actually, at the risk of splitting hairs, Vishuddha seems to also mean Yangdak. Does it simply serve double duty?
