Power Places of Khandro Yeshe Tsogyel

This area was the cradle of Tibetan civilization in the eighth century. The Tsangpo river flows into India where it is called the Brahmaputra. Khandro Yeshe Tsogyal spent a large part of her life here, in the vinicity of Drakyul, Samye, Chimphu, Yemalung, Onphu Taktsang, and Yarlung Sheldrak.
