Zen lifestyle

Postby Wesley1982 » Tue Aug 28, 2012 5:46 am

I'm learning how to cultivate the Zen lifestyle around my house. I know its about living in the present moment and using the mind as the analogy of a hummingbird. Zen is not exactly anything just mindfulness-awareness consciousness from living moment to moment.

I use the hummingbird analogy for Zen mind because that's sort of the result of the practice ~ hummingbird mind.

Your mind is Zen mind.
