It's a good start but as a site they need some work. They developed it on a Mac and didn't really check before they went live if the diacritics would show up properly on other systems (on my XP machine with Opera they do not and they use diacritics extensively - haven't checked it on my Linux machine - comes up correctly using Internet Explorer (ugh)). Also their links are cludgy. But it's a nice presentation of the 21 Taras.
