Well, I may be able to help with out of print books, obscure journal articles, or non-proquest dissertations (ie stuff that is almost impossible to get through normal channels at a fair price), but also I'm just curious as to what people are having trouble getting a hold of.

Schopen, G. The Bhaisajyaguru-Sutra and the Buddhism of Gilgit.
Coghlan, I. The translation and introduction to the first two chapters of the mDzod 'Grel mNgon pa'i rGyan by mChim 'Jam pa'i dbYangs.

Any help with these would be much appreciated.

This is a part of Hoornaert's translation of the Yogācāra Chapter of the MHK & TJ, is it not? I don't know about this section of Hoornaert's translation, but here's a PDF of Eckel's translation of the entire chapter & commentary: Chapter 5: Analysis of Reality According to the Yogācāras.
