Left-Over Tibetan Pills

Postby Kunga Lhadzom » Thu Mar 15, 2012 5:22 pm

Dear Namdrol...

I have some left-over pills (for asthma). I was given 2 kinds...one dark brown and the others were light brown....i have some left, as i did not take all of them...i've been taking them as a supplement (with the rest of my vitamins)....so as not to waste them....is that OK ?

They're about 3 years old. I took already about 7. Have about 5 left.

Thanks
