For reasons of ahimsa, I wonder why tomatoes are not included.

Apparently, their hairy stems trap insects which die, fall to the ground and enrich the soil.

Cruel, cruel plant!

Btw, don't suggest eating a 'plant' to someone in Wales. It means 'child' in Welsh. Then again.......... LOL :)
