Introduction.
Hello my name is Sara H.
I am a Soto Zen Lay Buddhist currently living, residing and training in the western United States.

I train largely within the structure of the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives, though I am not an official representative of that order.

I came on this site largely to allow people to ask and to better answer questions of what it is like training as a Transgender Buddhist.

I hope this all may be helpful and I look forward to speaking with you and answering any questions you might have.
