No Fap

Anything goes (almost).

No Fap

This is an unusual post, but I think it's important.

Recently I found a community of people that voluntarily avoid masturbation and porn. But not for moral reason. For health and sex performance reasons.

It's on Reddit, called No Fap. http://www.reddit.com/r/NoFap/

Women can also participate, but it's seems it is more effective to men, as a lot of men find masturbating too much leads to erectile dysfunction.

Now what attracted me to this was the medical benefits, etc. It's an interested approach that I feel is more successful than moralising.

Thoughts?

Also from a Tibetan medicine pov (hopefully Malcolm can add to this) masturbation disturbs your rlung.
“It is not the notion of friend or enemy that you need to stop but the bias that comes from attachment and hostility, which are based on the reason that some people are your friends and others your enemies.”
