Greetings all...

I just wanted to take a few strokes of the keys to introduce myself... nosaJ='s Jason I have had an active practice for about 8 months now and have enjoyed the discoveries. When I am not distracted by the "pins and needles" in my left leg while on my zafu I enjoy being a chef, being with the family, reading, and playing the drums. I look forward to interacting, learning, sharing and getting to know the site and those who frequent it. Thanks.
