Thanks, but my problem is to find a suitable Monastery /school and a Guru to accompany me. Here in Austria there are very few possibilities, specially in Nyingma tradition, no qualified Lamas.

Namdroling is a fully monastic institution, mainly concerned with the training of monks and nuns.
