Hello from Brazil

Postby ary » Wed Dec 22, 2010 4:32 pm

Hello!

I´m Ary and I´m trying to achieve a regular meditation practice. I´ve been in touch with meditation since I´ve found Yutttadhammo´s yotube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/yuttadhammo), which has a very good introduction to meditation, explaining the basics of sitting and walking meditation techniques, the importance of meditation, as well as some "lessons" about Budhism.

Since then I became insterested on learning some more about Budhism and this forum might be a good way for doing this without mistakes. I´m also reading some texts, but I´m in a very begginer´s level.

Well, that´s all. Hope to learn a lot and maybe contribute to the forum with my doubts (if that is posible :) )

Ary

Olá! Tudo bem?

Espero que encontres tudo o que precises aqui.

Um abraço de Portugal.
He turns his mind away from those phenomena, and having done so, inclines his mind to the property of deathlessness: 'This is peace, this is exquisite — the resolution of all fabrications; the relinquishment of all acquisitions; the ending of craving; dispassion; cessation; Unbinding.'
