Snow foot or so sometimes two in drifts.
Night blackness
Sparkle in snowflakes headlamp

Trail 2 degrees F at start, -7 at finish.
Dogs,big one sometimes on point, little one mostly following in steps.
Cold paws pain, ice, must drop gloves to warm paws
Paws fine, first small, then big, then continue
Ice forming on pant leg where it meets boot
Knowing if this be the wild, ice then enough it forms tight around high ankle
Eventually this stops circulation and foot, it dies

Thinking one... step misstep,cold snow though not wilderness
none on these trails for month or so
Must not die now in such fashion as of such use is this thing at this time
Ah driving one wrong pull of the wheel...is it the same?
Perhaps, perhaps not, seems not

Thought then for a bit..... none of it
like watching a lake still busy with waves it seems but not me
just watching, not intended

Then on to paved road a hour or so
and home to hearth and fire
dogs working paws
I working internet

Stove and mouth to feed

No care nor concern that be..... it is all only context

Snow but 1 foot now most places
Trail starting, animals deer and such expounding less energy they will follow it to go here and there
Miles into forest but not really remote, noise of traffic a mile or more away
Following trail now a new one, no people on this one, none in this area months perhaps
Soon to be probably 2 or 3 feet to each side snow and me, trail, with dogs in the middle

Tracks, like deer but very small....sheep....none here normally tracks everywhere, deer coyote rabbit fox

Going first sun then set, reminding of orange sky mind of death
then black but moon enough to walk with no headlight

Going going hot at first 20's F cold at end teens
Mind busy day it seems then busy night
Chatter chatter company of sorts I guess
But yes...boring
So then to chant and sing mantra replaceing with this that
ending up with vajrasattava
being out of breath so is hiking up in foot of snow
difficult
thinking a bit...mind this but caused presented is heart not beating but beat by other circumstance

then seeing to left off trail light orb, small bright just a second or two
thinking ahh...old eyes trick nothing more
then back this way again turned around to go home
dogs both at same spot, not before or after, but both at this spot
pulling leash to the now right side, tails wagging as friend they see

so i say, hmmm same spot as light

seems unusual coincidence
beyond coincidencen how many miles and then this same spot
is it demon....no dogs like it
is it spirit being of benevelent nature...perhaps
keep secret this thing...no walking only not meditational experience
is it perhaps mind only creating this thing...perhaps that seemingly may happen
Perhaps one has sung vajrasattava to tree one thinks is perhaps containing being further but in this same forest
related to that...perhaps

perhaps I causeing it remains scent of it dogs like

so mind is busy with that for a bit...chatter this thing of no import things always happening of that sort

Warm 20's, dark now.
Headlamp trail ski tracks
dogs familiar now with snow
before afraid, now always happy

walking tedius then
all is caused does occur to one
to fingers toes to head to feet to body
then not a light necessary head lamp off
then legs not tired
then aches or pains become nothings

then coming to place in days prior of attention of dogs light
roughly in that place find now what it was
smell of demon these things can be so found
demon come to me eat me
cause only you will eat
demon none comes smell goes
away

off to trail continuing one a a half hour now
easy
to home and hearth
dogs to paws
I on trail still
remaining on trail caused
no effort in things as all things be caused
happening as are all things caused
no effort in things is needed

How could I forget this thing once remembered

And now..rain slush dark

then for a bit in dark..light from ones self, as eyes lit by moonlight seemingly..fog no moon nor light..

..for a bit walking like that...
remembering as a child, high fever. Father carrying one, light all around, one reaches for light switch, shutting off light, light, father says..it is already off.
So high that fever, all skin on fingers, and toes, dies, leaving one with surface of dead skin, like web covering live skin. And then breaking and skin underneath being so raw it hurt just feeling a thing. And fingers so grooved then one can feel the groves in them...so strange.

and once at period of great surprise once in dark, seeing light as if in sunny day.... but just a flash that.

now this thing, a bit before, this time more...walking in it, as if a orb, or circle....

and then home to hearth and fire....no matter this thing, no matter at all.

Snow now hard, on top, ice on top
dogs walking on top. me falling through.
Diamonds all on snow this morning...

Then occurs a clear globe of sorts

in which all thoughts arise and then dissolve.
Not as visualization seemingly but as real thing
Then be I animal....no more words

All those things

Anger desire, all those actively felt emotions
they being the flavor of things as they are apprehended
a color
it is the depth of it
a touch
it is the fineness of it
a smell
it is the differentiation of it

Finding the ability to stay in this
this thing only and nothing more
is this finding of these things
as those things are

pointless
there is nothing to point too
the pointer
it is all those things it is wanting
always wanting to point too

The jeweled aspect to it
the incredible quality to it
that makes what seems mundane
always and invariably devine in all aspect
in being
all is in being
nothing needs to be added too
nor detracted from
it is then this...

what is desired is then really truly found right before one
never needed to be found nor searched for
it is right here
the desire it is the fascinating aspect to it....that is all
what is already there before one
within one
the desire the wanting
it is the thing itself of apprehension
what provides the magic of the thing perceived
what is not in that thing wanted
but be the thing itself
of apprehension itself
it be found
and thusly found and formed
all perceived
is in magical formation found
from the simplest to most profound
in itself all is but by magical formation found
desire itself it is that magic
but no desire need be formed
it is the things itself of it
that is the magic
all aspect of anything found
without that thing of wanting
it is all found magical
wanting no more
magical all becomes

but known not by thought only
but heart as well
is this thing
to find this thing as
as real thing
that really is

no hammer nor vise
may provide this thing
understanding only this thing
with study

and means
though thing of hammer and vise
may shape that thing into useable form
it cannot make that thing
what is that thing on which it works
other than what is found to be then
that thing of which it be formed
great purpose then hammer and vise
but not thing from which is formed
this thing found by hammer and vise
tools they remain

So thusly fascinated he remained
walking in the forest
a magical being in a all entirely
