The Jnana Dakini Mandarava practice is one of the most significant practices in the teachings of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu for strengthening the life force. If our energy is weak or damaged, we are more open to negative influences and obstacles... in our life and meditation. Together with Tsalung breathing and Chudlen, Mandarava practice directs the practitioner to integrate the essence of the elements in the body on a path toward the body of light and total realization.
