They seem to have changed the programm.

Today there are lectures about "Secular Ehtics". One lecture just finished. The second will be in one and a half hour.

On Sunday and monday the issue will be "Shantidevas Bodhicaryāvatāra" or "Engaging in Bodhisattva Behavior".

On Tuesday morning there will be initiation in Chenrezig Sadhana.

The HHDL is in Hamburg. I wonder if he ever thought about saying, "Ich bin ein Hamburger."

No, he didn't say that yet. But right there nobody would find anything strange about that saying. ;)
We are all :quoteunquote: Hamburgers everywhere.

(I changed the sentence a bit "We are all foreigners, evrywhere.")

I'm very sorry, I gave the wrong link in here. It was without the English simultaneous translation. Relaxing for me, stupid for you. :emb:
For sure there where English and also Tibetean Translations. Maybe you can find it out from here:

"DVD recordings of the Dalai Lama in Hamburg
It is impossible to download the records from here or www.dalailama-hamburg.de. You can purchase the DVD-records at the Marketplace (Marktplatz) at the Auditorium Netzwerk booth during the event or they will be available at the Auditorium Netzwerk online shop (www.auditorium-netzwerk.de) later."

Please ask them. I cannot believe that, because it was not an event only for Germans. There where many people from different nations arround and they followed the speech with their earphones and translation in at least English and Tibetean, but maybe also other languages. There where also Chinese and Thai people listening.

Now I see: they sell the DVD's in English, but one has to scroll down the page ( http://www.auditorium-netzwerk.de/Kongr ... _8411.html ), and also they advertize it in German:

The initiation in Avalokiteshvara (Anuttarayoga-Tantra), 26th August 2014:

To master life by training the mind, 24th - 25th August 2014:
