Most DW members will be wondering what type of Yoga is best for them. I'd say the best is when you get up and actually do it. My favorite is done under a hot sun. Stretch the lower body--then go for a run. Stretch the mid body. Then run. Come back and stretch your upper body. You know what to do next.
There are several all-body moves to do afterwards. This should take 30 minutes or so and I promise it will make you feel great. Try it!
P.S. No reason to get hung up with the "spiritual" stuff. Yoga is good. Do it.
