Tendai in San Francisco: Keisho Leary...

Joins us for a talk, followed by a mantra-meditation, then Q&A. The basis is the Tendai tradition of Buddhism and the mountain practices of the California Tendai Monastery. The concepts of Hinayana or ‘narrow’ and the Mahayana or ‘broad’ attitudes in practice will be discussed.

I don't think so. However, Keisho does have an interesting story to tell about the California "scene" in the mid-60's and beyond. He's a teacher I respect greatly, in no small measure because of his ability to connect with people through humor and narrative.
