Iron Tiger 2137 Year Eve Activities
Sakya Tenphel Ling will hold the Naga Puja on a grand scale on 13 February 2010, Saturday on the eve of the Iron Tiger 2137 Year.The effective Naga Puja will take place at seas off Singapore. However, there will be a Naga Puja session at the Centre Main Hall at 7.30 am for all.Please assemble at the Centre BEFORE 9am for the journey of offerings at sea to the Naga.

14 Feb Sun Whole Day All day Lighting of Lamps by wellwishers
8 am Ushering in the Iron Tiger 2137 Year – Stringing up the Auspicious Lung Ta flags, thus transforming all misfortunes and bad luck into happiness, love, power and wisdom; performing the Smoke Puja, thus bringing in fortune and prosperity.
Participating in the Lhargyal by everyone present. Offering to all deities and goddesses by saying “Lhar Gyalo !” 3 times
(Please gather at the front car park for the participation)
9.30am Tara Puja Everyone joins in the Puja and receives blessing from Rinpoche and lamas: A time for sharing joy and exchanging greetings with offerings to members of the Sangha
11.30am New Year Vegetarian Buffet Lunch for all: An auspicious occasion of feasting together with members of the Sangha, lay members with their families, including sponsors, friends and visitors
