This title is supposed to be from Jewel Ornament of Liberation and is apparently the Chapter 1 title:
From this text, the title: ལེའུ་དང་པོ་་བདེ་གཤག་སྙིང་པོ
ལེའུ་དང = chapter one
= cause ?
བདེ = bliss
གཤག = (v) to chop, split
སྙིང་པོ = essence, womb, core (why is matrix suggested as a term?)
Is བདེ་གཤག་སྙིང་པོ a term for Tathgathagarbha?
Tathagatha is དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ . Is the text in error?

Thanks but the ་སྙིང་པོ part isn't a problem. It's squaring the line between and ་སྙིང་པོ with Gampopa's title.

You missed a drengbu: the title is ལེའུ་དང་པོ་རྒྱུ་བདེ་གཤེགས་སྙིང་པོ་ "Chapter 1: The Cause, Buddha-nature"
བདེ་གཤེགས་སྙིང་པོ་ is sugatagarbha. དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ (tathāgata) and བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ (sugata) are easily confused in their abbreviated forms དེ་གཤེགས་ and བདེ་གཤེགས་. To add to the confusion, in Sanskrit the standard term is tathāgatagarbha, whereas in Tibetan it's sugatagarbha.
