Is there an online Tibetan Dictionary with audio for each word?
Or anything close to it?

I haven't seen anything close to it. Here's a list of Tibetan dictionaries - http://digitaltibetan.org/index.php/Tib ... ctionaries. I've heard good things about The Illuminator, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. I think all of these dictionaries will only provide the uchen and/or Wiley and assume you know how to pronounce the word given that information.
