Tse Dup Yang Bod

Postby coolbreeze » Tue Mar 12, 2013 5:38 pm

Hello Everyone,

There is a 3 year program being offered on Tse Dup Yang Bod in the spring. I am very interested in doing this course, and would love first hand experiences before I commit to anything. Does anyone have any personal experience working with the practice, and it's benefits? Is it something which would be truly useful to others? I'd love to hear from anyone on the boards.

Thanks.

Tashi delek,

Thanks for your question.

Bon Shen Ling is pleased to announce that Geshe Chongtul Rinpoche will again be teaching the three-year Tse Dup Yang Bod Soul Healing certification program starting May 2013.

This is what could be followed by you so that you could get some personal experiences by that practice. To hear about the taste of sugar is not the same as tasting the sugar by your own. :o

Here one or you can register yourself to partake for that course.

It deals with balancing the 5 elements by Yoga and other practices. It are those practices which makes the La or soul in harmony with our mind of karma. We can do many things to balance this but Tse Dup Yang Bod is a very good method.Further could be in the programm the bringing back of the soul if it is stolen by demons, also called sould retrieval. It forms a part of Tsidup but i am not so sure if that is also teached there. This is a realy Bon practice , it stems from Bon but is also practiced elswhere in the Tibetan Traditions.

Well i do not have experience with this method, but i can imagine myself that if you would follow the program, you would be healthier and happier than before. But if you are allready a healthy and happy person than it is not needed to follow that program.

But with those methods one can sure help others, i guess so.

It is not so a question if others did follow that course and have some experiences, but more do i need that?
Besides that everybody does have different experiences, because their minds are very different.........
