Hi all...
I am reading something on Jhana.
the source is from a theravada monk book "Knowing & Seeing, by Ven. Pa Auk Sayadaw".
but going throught the book i read that they use a Repulsive meditation on the body...
sure i can keep going over this and take the other instruction but i am asking if exist a deep explanation or a book on the jhana with a less "repulsion for the body" like Tantra talk about...
in less word ...
is there any instruction complete and extensive on the all the step for the Jhana (samatha , access concentration , overcome hindrance and so on ) in the Mahayana or vajrayana tradition...
book site and so on is really welcome...
thanks.

(for me intended).
