In Bon we know also Chod as a method.
Normaly one uses in Vajrayana general the Dorje and Drilbu.
Here in Chod we see however, the bone trumpet and the Drilbu as attributes or as part of the ritual.
In Bon the method was always the Bone Trumpet and the Shang / bell as instruments during the performance of the Chod ritual.
So bell and trumpet are here the great synchronisation / similarity, between Bon and Dorje Thekpa.
Could you maybe mention more similarities between the Bon Chod method and the Dorje Thekpa Chod ritual?
