Zen lifestyle

Post by Wesley1982 »

I'm learning how to cultivate the Zen lifestyle around my house. I know its about living in the present moment and using the mind as the analogy of a hummingbird. Zen is not exactly anything just mindfulness-awareness consciousness from living moment to moment.

I use the hummingbird analogy for Zen mind because that's sort of the result of the practice ~ hummingbird mind.

If that is what you suggest then it must be true. What I need now is a female partner to live it with. -(Zen lifestyle)-

There is no Zen.
