A quote

No holds barred discussion on the Buddhadharma. Argue about rebirth, karma, commentarial interpretations etc. Be nice to each other.

Well I have absolutely no idea in which section this should go so I'm posting it here hehe. A friend of mine shared the following quote on FB:
‎"In the end these things matter most:"
How well did you love?
How fully did you live?
How deeply did you let go?"
— Siddhārtha Gautama

Where did Buddha say this? Did he even say it? I can only find other sites that attribute this quote to the Buddha but they give no exact source.
Although many individuals in this age appear to be merely indulging their worldy desires, one does not have the capacity to judge them, so it is best to train in pure vision.

I rather doubt it. Sounds like the usual seemingly profound new age babble we hear all the time.
"Neu-sur-ba said: You must see any affliction as an enemy and attack it as soon as it arises in your mind. Otherwise, if you acquiesce when it first appears, and then nurture it with improper thoughts, you will have no way to defeat it, and it will conquer you in the end.”
