For starters, the one in my avatar. And others emanating or radiating streams of light. (Its supposed to help with mentality and meditation)

I don't really know dude. AFAIK empowerments have certain visualisations connected with them. I'm honestly not really sure about the one in your picture. Perhaps Medicine Buddha empowerment? This should be available from a number of teachers

It is the "art symbol" of the Medicine Buddha.

That is the Medicine Buddha Mantra. "Teyata Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze (Bekandze) Radza Samungate Soha" It is from the Medicine Buddha practice. My lamas instructions for the practice are that anyone can recite the Medicine Buddha's mantra and pray to Medicine Buddha but you need the empowerment to do the visualization. It is a popular and common empowerment and practice given in all four schools so finding a lama to get the empowerment from shouldn't be too hard. Until then I would just say the mantra. Some traditions use a fourth Bekandze some don't, that's why it is in ()
