The Tragedy of Suburbia - James Howard Kunstler

This may be old to you, but it was new to me. Disturbing, and yet hilarious:

In James Howard Kunstler's view, public spaces should be inspired centers of civic life and the physical manifestation of the common good. Instead, he argues, what we have in America is a nation of places not worth caring about.

    How foolish you are,
grasping the letter of the text and ignoring its intention!
