Sand mandala

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post a video of the creation of a sand mandala, that I shot late last year. It's from last September at the "Drammen Sacred Music Festival" here in Norway. We were lucky enough to be visited by monks from the Tserkarmo Monastery while they were on their "Sacred Art of the Himalaya" European tour. It was a fantastic experience.

Great!

We continue to put much effort into all kinds of things. Sometimes what is called "beauty" or "perfection" may arise from this. However it is only a matter of moments, since the causes that give rise to it are actually the causes for its disintegration too.

It was truly a great experience. The monks were in Norway for a little over a week and were able to create 3 different mandalas in different places. I was only able to film the first, but I do have some stills from the 3rd. I'll try to post some a little later.
