Hi All,
I just wanted to share a link to a recent interview given by my Dharma teacher Āloka on http://www.conscious.tv. It's a fantastic interview and it covers his understanding of Dharma training and his early experience of breakthrough while a monk in Sri Lanka. You can find more about the group, which is based in Birmingham in the UK here http://www.dharmamind.net. Our tradition is very close in spirit to Ch'an and Zen and focuses primarily on the formless approach to practice known as “silent illumination” of the immanent model. The interview would be very interesting to committed practitioners and it discusses the paradoxes of the breakthrough to transcendental insight.

Best Wishes,
Jonathan
