Dear all
I get wound up during the day while working without breaks until my mind is whirling. This year I plan to stop regularly and have a mini-meditation rather than leave it all until an evening sit. I have put my resolution in song on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHjHAfJgPpQ
Lots of ego involved, but also a bit of fun.
