Can anyone tell me more about Zasep Tulku as a Teacher? From his photos i assume he is a non-ordained teacher?

Yes Zasep Rinpoche started out as a monk but returned his vows some time ago, I believe, maybe the early 1990s. He now teaches as a layman and emphasizes lay practice in his centres.
