Most of HHDL's books are generally Classical Indian Mahayana in presentation, though there are many commentaries by His Holiness out there based upon the seminal works of the Gelug lineage. There are a lesser number of books like Mind in Comfort and Ease - The Vision of Enlightenment in the Great Perfection that are specifically Nyingma in inspiration. Other books could be classified as Engaged Buddhism, Inter-religious dialogue, etc.
