Sakya One Day Vows/Sojong Liturgy

I have attached a pdf document of the One Day Vows as followed in the Sakya tradition.

Well no, not all of it. The prostration sections have a brief header identifying the object of visualization, then the Seven-Fold Prayer and the actual liturgy to take the vows are in both transliterated Tibetan and English.
