Question for Lam Dre Students

Hey all,
Can someone tell me the amount of time it takes to properly complete the Hevajra sadhana, Guru Yoga, and Virupa Protection Practice? I don't mean the 'speedy' way either.

eh, how 'not speedy'?
you mean the very traditional way, or the middle way, or the brief way, or the very brief way?

Hi narraboth,
Is the commitment for the traditional way when taking the full Lam Dre? If so, I guess that's the one I'm wondering about.
