(Deleting & Moving original post from relocated thread to here)

Mingyur Rinpoche on: Meditation posture...integrating body & mind (& speech or energies) as one...mind-space mingling...relax...real-nature-of-mind watching ordinary-mind's thoughts/emotions/sense-inputs...letting them & self & all within space come & go & self-dissolve (liberate)...all non-dual...after few seconds caught up & lapsing into thoughts which is fine...un-distracting to watch thoughts & events come & go automatically again...slowly lengthening & integrating this Awareness Meditation into all daily life

Publicity's OK, questions are asked from masters/set teachers in person/email/non-public forums~Best wishes
