Hello,
I was asked by a Lama friend to arrange for a Tseringma and 4 sisters thangka to be made in Longchen Nyingtig style. I have found a few variations depending on whether they are Kagyu vs Nyingma but I haven't found anything specific to Longchen Nyingtig. Is anyone familiar with these deities? Thanks.

The Thangka painter is supposed to paint from the text.
So you want to look for the text that gives the most details.

Nogdrup, yes of course that is ideal, but when both the practitioner and painter do not have a copy of the text and it is an uncommon practice, we need to look elsewhere. It appears to be a predominately Kagyu practice but has forms in Nyingma, but is really uncommon which is why I asked.
