Just back from the Palyul Changchub Dargyeling Memorial Day Weekend Longchen Nyinthik Phowa Retreat with Khenchen Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche.

So this was a very good retreat and it was interesting to see the difference between Longchen Nyinthik and other phowas. And Khenchen Rigzin Dorjee went into a great deal of detail about "academic" aspects of different phowas (some of this material is also in HH Thinley Norbu's "A Cascading Waterfall of Nectar").

I urge every Nyingma and Kagyu student to study phowa with a great master.
