As I recall, each section has a time of day associated with it. This is right in the text. I guess if you wanted to do all of them you would do each at the appropriate time.

The section most commonly practiced in it's entirely is the one for morning that starts with "HUNG zheng shik pema..." This is commonly recited by Nyingma and Kagyu practitioners first thing in the morning, before ngondro. In our tradition we do it in Tibetan with melody, bell and damaru.

Unfortunately, working people generally don't have time to do it, because of time constraints they often prioritize a concise ngondro, short prayers, concise deity practices, etc...

There are many short prayers extracted from the seven chapters, which are a part of daily practice as well, or used for specific purposes.
